Currently we ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Our order cut-off is NOON (PST) on the day previous, otherwise it will be posted the following shipping day.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
PumpEase™ hands-free pumping supports are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship.

If for ANY reason you are not happy with your PumpEase™ hands-free pumping support, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund (less shipping). Merchandise must be in resalable condition.
We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it in the same manner as the original payment.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply on the replacement item.

How long will it take for my PumpEase™ hands-free pumping support to arrive?
If you are in Canada, it will take 2-13 business days via Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days via Xpresspost. If you are in the USA, it will take 4-10 days via Air Mail. Please see Shipping for more information.
What size should I choose if I am in-between two sizes on your chart?
We recommend choosing the smaller size if you are in-between two of our sizes.
